Re: Trust In Yellow

Just to add, you won’t find a bigger supporter of the Supporters Trust movement out there than me and especially following the recent government Fan Led Review into football reform there is very much a larger and more important than ever future role to be played by Supporters Trusts. This is why it’...

Trust In Yellow

I’ve seen a few posts on here asking about TIY so I’m gonna pop my work hat on and put you all in the picture from what I can work out. Let me premise this by saying that I am not on the Board of TIY and never have been and I'm not involved in the trust other than being an ordinary member (but to be...

Fan Led Review

As you may be aware, recently members of the FSA gave extensive evidence to the government Fan Led Review panel chaired by Tracey Crouch. The FSA produced a quite fantastic (if I may say so myself!) amount of written evidence which was also submitted. You can read the FSA evidence https://thefsa.org...

Re: Away coaches.

I think it might also be interesting to get an idea of how many people would use an away coach service should it be organised.

It appeared that issues in the past were because of lack of numbers.

Re: Away coaches.

I’ll happily set up an area on here where people travelling in cars to away games who have empty seats and are willing to take additional passengers can post that info. Maybe people who are travelling in groups on the train and are open to having new people tag along with them could also share their...

Re: Some stats

I would have thought the best way would be to have an old fashioned whip round at a set match. . . There must be a couple of hundred active members, who go to the match. . . Have a given date in say September to give you plenty of time to advertise it on here, then ask everyone to put £2 in a bucke...

Re: Southport 2-0 Marine - Match Thread

Yes, the pitch appears to have been narrowed on the Main Stand side now. We found it difficult to break Marine down in the first half but the introduction of Jack Bainbridge late on put more life into the side. Impressed with Josh Hmami and can see him getting a regular place in the side. Some of t...

It’s a shame we couldn’t host proper outdoor gigs like they do at Wrexham’s Racecourse ground.

Now that would be pretty cool!

Re: Club and supporter solidarity V National League

Going to speak to the FSA tomorrow about possibly putting together some sort of joint statement of solidarity from all the fan groups of clubs who have openly stated they are voting to null and void the season. Will report back what they say.

Re: Carry on football!

The Chester statement seems to be saying clubs haven't received the first wave of funding yet. Ralphy, The first raft of funding covered up to the 31st of Dec. The concern now is that whilst £11m has been allocated by Sport England over 50 days ago the what happens next news in terms of distributio...
