Funnily enough he was appointed on the exact same day as Liam Watson

VAR itself is totally consistent.
The interpretation is the problem.
They are the same incident.

Re: Changes to football rules?
VAR is not the problem, it is those trying to use it effectively. Do we want another Hand Of God Maradona travesty? VAR is a problem is simply because it just isn't consistent. Half the issues are checked and half aren't even looked at. The club badge seems to get checked before the actual incident.

Re: Club Statement-Season Tickets
When I saw the title "Club statement-Season Tickets", I thought they'd come to their senses. No such luck, just excuses for over the top price rises in many cases. £200 (concession) is too Much for hoofball. I shall not be renewing after over 5 years as a member or season ticket holder. I...

Re: Emotions run high at Goodison
It took Frank Lampard and a relegation fight to make Evertonians love their club again after years of disappointment and failed promises. UTFT.
You'd feel exactly the same if it was your club.

Re: Club Statement-Season Tickets
The statement is fair enough. Most under 18s must just pay on the gate anyway so it won't even affect them anyway. But you are getting more for your money these days anyway. There has been certain improvements to the matchday experience at Haig Ave including the food and introducing things such as t...

Re: Changes to football rules?
Retrospective punishment for diving / simulation, with increasing punishments for repeat offenders. Players like Mo Salah would miss half of the season. They wouldn't do that. It would upset golden boy Jurgen too much. The only two players to ever be retrospectively punished for diving are Lanzini ...

Re: Changes to football rules?
Call me a traditionalist or whatever. But the rules of football need to be left alone, especially at non-league. There are lots of things wrong with Premier League football in regards to corruption and stupid rules like not putting the offside flag up until after the move has finished, when it is cl...

Re: Season Ticket Prices 2022/23
I do agree that everything has gone up in general, e.g. fuel, gas, electricity. The junior prices were probs a bit too low at £50 anyway, been stuck on that figure for a little bit, but to put it up to £90 is madness. I think they would have gotten away with it by for example doing last year's ticke...
