Re: League news

Any future for the long serving Vice Chairman, Jack Pearce, who also doubles as the manager of Bognor Regis Town. :?

Re: What can supporters do to help?

To be brutally honest, at the moment the fate of non league football clubs is pretty low on the Govt's agenda. Sure, some individual MPs might well care about votes to send constituents a sympathetic reply but that's as far as it will get. Maybe the Wealdstone fans should write to their own MP Bori...

Re: Fa Cup

With no crowds, the FA Cup draw is all about getting a TV match or a winnable match for the money. Only Barnet have a home match against a league team. Marine have a home match against Havant, so decent chance for Marine. It should be interesting to see Godfrey Poku (H&W's captain) back in thes...

Re: RIP Tony Waiters

Very sad news. I was in the same year group as Tony at KGV in 1948. We used to compete as to who should be goalie in the break time kickabouts. Oddly, sometimes it was me. However, any comparison is irrelevant as Tony went on to play for Blackpool (displacing George Farm) and England whilst the peak...
