We have teamed up with Chablais Sport GB to produce a range of Retro Shirts through their ‘world retro’ brand.



All sizes are available from Baby-grow to Adult 7XL and a handy size guide is available.

An adult shirt is priced at just £35 including Carriage & Packing and delivery is normally within 3 weeks from placement of your order.Long and Short Sleeves are available and a name and/or number can be added at no extra cost.

Southport FC Former Players Association will receive a donation from every shirt sold, which will be shared between the FPA and the Club.

There are three shirts immediately available.

1971-1975 (Fourth Division Title), 1958-65 & 1923-25

These are “Retro” Shirts, not “Replicas” – The design will be as accurate as we can make it subject to copyright. Each shirt is made of modern breathable material that keeps its colour, not fading through washing or use (100% Polyester), with all badges/logos sublimated into the material (not embroidered). It is comfortable and breathable. Due to image/copyright regulations etc, we cannot use any original manufacturers logos on the shirts.

Sponsor would be fine. It's manufacturers logos that you can't reproduce.
That would be the issue with the 77-78 kit. Bukta logos all down the arm.

A company called TOFFS do the 77-78 shirt with Bukta logos but no club badge or SFC logo

Correct. Toffs probably have the bukta license. The club however get nothing from the purchase of anything from Toffs.
There has been no SFC logo or badge on our kits for the majority of our history.
A simple badge in the 20s...the letters SFC on a couple of occasions in the 70s. We didn't add the town crest to the shirt until very recently.

I'd personally prefer them to be without sponsor logo. I want to wear a Southport shirt not an advert for a company that's no longer paying for that privilege. And, I may be in denial here, but surely 1992 is far too recent to qualify as "retro".

77-78 would be difficult as it's main feature is the manufacturers logo running down the sleeves of both arms.
Manufacturer logos can not be replicated.
