New away kit

Post by Big Mac 1985 »

Anyone know when it's out?

Hoping for black and white stripes and made by Bukta. Hoping we don't have a yellow and green remake of the Icis kit.

Black & white stripes sounds good but it's a bit Bath Cityish.... Perish the thought I may be taken for a local down here :-)

I quite liked our last 2 away shirts. The white with grey was very nice and the two-tone blue one really grew on me last season. Just hoping for something not too boring.

I'm hoping for another yellow away kit. The two we've had in the past have been great.

It's our old first team strip from 1940s 50s

Vague memories of Black and White stripes from Probables vs Possibles pre-season in mid to late 1950s.

Yes Possibles v Probables! Remember well. But does anyone remember the pre-season game when we beat Wigan Athletic 10-0?

The away kit in the late 50s and early 60s was black and white stripes. The numbers were red in a big white box on the back. Possibles were usually in the away kit. The pro squad consisted of about 14 players!

I don’t remember the 10-0 but I recall a cup game when we beat them 2-1. I was embarrassed that the score was so tight!
